Privacy Policy

The short version

Frankyao.com collects the information needed to answer requests, deliver requested tools or materials, operate the site, and improve the service. Optional analytics, advertising, and chat tools do not load until a visitor allows optional tools. This page describes the implemented data flows; it is not a claim of formal certification.

Information collected

• Inquiry data: name, email, business name, selected bottleneck or service, and any message voluntarily submitted.
• Project-intake data: business and website requirements submitted through the website questionnaire.
• Newsletter and tool data: email address, requested report or resource, consent choices, and controlled attribution fields.
• Voice-demo data: microphone audio, transcript, and provider call metadata only when a person intentionally starts a voice demo.
• Technical data: IP-derived security data, browser/device information, referring page, requested URLs, and server logs.
• Optional measurement data: page and event categories after optional tools are allowed. Form free text and direct identifiers are not intentionally sent to GA4.

Durable inquiry and lead records used to respond and operate the business.

Transactional email for inquiries and requested materials.

Newsletter or marketing email when a person separately opts in.

Optional site measurement after the visitor allows optional tools.

Microsoft Clarity

Optional session and usability measurement when enabled and allowed.

Voice-demo processing, including audio and transcript data, when a visitor intentionally starts a demo.

Website-project questionnaire delivery where that specific form is used.

Cookies and privacy choices

Necessary local storage remembers whether optional tools were allowed. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and the global GoHighLevel chat widget load only after the visitor chooses “Allow optional tools.” Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change the choice. Browser controls can also delete stored data or block cookies.

Voice demos

Do not provide patient, health, financial, client-confidential, or other sensitive information in a public demo. A demo may be processed and transcribed by Retell and its supporting infrastructure. The demo interface should present a notice before microphone access; if it does not, do not start the demo and report the issue.

Retention and safeguards

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service delivery, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized under the applicable operating process. Safeguards include encrypted transport, access controls, role restrictions, and security logging. Internet transmission and storage can never be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Access, correction, or deletion

To ask what personal information is held, correct it, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion, email info@frankyao.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Children

The commercial site and its forms are not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through these forms.
