(The Problem)

Five Locations, One Ringing Phone

Launch Rehab has 5 locations across the Lower Mainland — New Westminster, North Burnaby, Richmond, Burnaby City Centre, and Coquitlam — with a 6th opening in August 2025. Each location has different hours and direct numbers. The front desk handles walk-ins, check-ins, ICBC paperwork, and incoming calls simultaneously.

When the phone rings and no one picks up, that patient calls the next physio clinic on Google. For a clinic serving English and Chinese-speaking communities, missing a call from someone who doesn't speak the same language as the receptionist means losing them entirely.

This AI receptionist answers every call instantly, knows all 5 locations, quotes exact rates, handles ICBC questions, and transfers Chinese speakers to a dedicated Mandarin-speaking sub-agent. I built it custom for their workflow — their services, their insurance plans, their booking system.
